DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS
Each order placed is sent to our warehouse to be prepared, after validation of the payment. All ordered items are available in our warehouse. This means that the items are immediately checked, packaged and delivered to the courier. For this reason, we can not make changes to your order and the chosen method of payment and delivery.
You will be notified by e-mail after your package has been shipped. The parcels are delivered by courier and delivery times vary from 2 to 5 working days. 5 for recipients located on the islands.
Shipping costs for Italy are charged to GKS srl, while international shipping rates amount to € 25.00.

PASSAGE OF THE RISK OF THE GOOD
According to the art. 63 Cod. Cons. Leg. 21/2014, the company assumes the responsibility of ensuring delivery of the goods to the recipient (Europe).
LEGAL CONFORMITY GUARANTEE
The company assumes the responsibility of repairing, replacing, reducing the price or refunding the customer if the purchased goods prove to be defective or different as described on the Site. The company is subject to the rules on the subject of legal guarantee for 24 months from delivery of the product. The customer has two months to report the defect to the company. The warranty covers the product that has conformity defects and can not be invoked in case of negligence and / or carelessness in the use and / or maintenance of the product.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can use the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date. In this way, once you receive the product, you will have the opportunity to evaluate it and decide whether to keep it, replace it or return it by obtaining a refund of the sum paid.

GKS srl will undertake to refund the amount to the Customer within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product in the company. The products provided are returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, undamaged, unused or damaged.
The shipping costs for the return of international orders are charged to the customer, while the return of EU orders is offered by GKS srl.
We invite the customer to keep the return e-mail as proof of the request and to wait for confirmation from the company itself.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the purchase. We will inform you by e-mail when your refund will be made. We inform you that the time of credit between our account and yours may vary by a few days depending on your bank. In case of return of an order paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer. We will ask you to indicate the bank details, to which you wish to be refunded, by e-mail.
In case of replacement of a product, this can be replaced with any other product of equal or greater value. We invite the customer to keep the replacement e-mail as proof of the request and wait for confirmation from the company itself. Once GKS srl has accepted the exchange, the shipping costs are charged to the customer, except for the replacement of products coming from the European Union, that is offered by the company itself.
ALTERNATIVE RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
For disputes arising from the execution of this contract, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction is the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in the territory of the State.
